Hey!! The fourth program of our Basic Java Program Series is to check if a given number is an Armstrong number or not.

What is an Armstrong number?
Armstrong number is a number that is equal to the sum of cubes of its digits. Suppose number 153 is Armstrong number if the sum of cube of 1, 5, and 3 equals 153.
