How to install CodeBlocks IDE with MinGW for C, C++ programming

CodeBlocks IDE is a free, Open source, Cross platform IDE used for C C++, Fortran programming. It is always better to choose proper .exe file to install CodeBlocks with MinGW. MinGW is a suite of development tools that contains GCC (among others). GCC is a C compiler within that MinGW suite.

In this tutorial i have discussed how to install proper .exe file, how to add location of MinGW installation to path environment variable, how to check whether proper compiler has been installed or not. Next i have discussed where and how to write C program and how to get output.
